This information helps Trees Lexington! determine the effectiveness of our tree giveaways and make sure we are getting trees to all areas in Lexington, particularly with low canopy. Long term, this information will help us measure the increase in tree canopy coverage from Trees Lexington trees.

Thank you for participating in our Tree Adoption Day! Your tree will make a positive difference for you, your neighbors, and our entire community. Please mulch your tree and water heavily at planting, and ensure your tree gets the equivalent of one inch (1") of rain each week. Watering is essential to the success of your tree, and necessary for the first several years. We look forward to updates on your tree, please watch for follow up surveys!
