It's March, and for Trees Lexington that means one thing - WE MULCH! After a wet beginning to 2024, the community mulch pile at African Cemetery No. 2 is replenished with TWO loads of arborist wood chips! Go scoop some up today and mulch your trees, shrubs, and more.

About the event
Take a container and scooping device of your choosing to African Cemetery No. 2 at 419 E. Seventh Street. Help yourself to some arborist wood chips, courtesy of Bartlett Tree Experts here in Lexington. Remember - NO VOLCANOES! Keep the root flare visible and mulch to about 2"- 4" deep.
